Web Messaging Server is a Web Based
application for providing messaging
service for the Network and Systems
Management. The events from the Network
Management Systems are pulled into
FIS Web Messaging Server and depending
on the rules specified in FIS Web
Messaging Server, the service personnel
gets to know of the event through
any of the communication devices assigned
to the personnel.
The communication devices supported
include a wide range of PDA's like
pagers, email, cell phones, sign boards,
web-phones etc; FIS Web Messaging
Server supports with the most popular
network management systems like HP-Open
View Network Node Manager, Tivoli,
Compaq Insight Manager, Microsoft
SMS and Remedy.
